Note: Coordinators work closely with the respective Vice-President and other Coordinators to accomplish their tasks. For example, the social impact coordinators will work closely with the VP Social Impact.
Media & Marketing Coordinators
Creates a cohesive brand and messaging for the UABSA.
Organizes engaging marketing campaigns.
Manages the digital marketing channels of the UABSA.
Engages and interacts with the TRIBE.
Finance Coordinators
Sets and executes a budget for the UABSA.
Signs on all financial documents.
Handles financial matters, payments, repayments, income, and expenditures.
Assists with fund allocation and grant proposals.
Event Coordinators
Coordinates all official BSA events.
Manages event set-up & takedown.
Books event venues, performers, speakers, etc.
Creates event proposals, expectations, and budgets.
Internal Coordinators
Connects the TRIBE to the Executive Team.
Prepares newsletters.
Books & finds meeting spaces.
Assists the UABSA in all administrative matters.
Addresses all internal matters and disputes.
External Coordinators
Acts as a liaison with external parties.
Obtains sponsorships and donations
Represents the UABSA on various committees, boards and/or conferences.
Expands the impact of the BSA on and off campus
Social Impact Coordinators
Gathers and distributes information, resources and opportunities for the TRIBE.
Coordinates the UABSA’s response to current social events and situations with the President.
Organizes volunteer opportunities for the TRIBE with the executive team.
